Cookies and Local Storage

The supplied static site does not set cookies or use localStorage. Its navigation, seasonal tabs and message drafts work without persistent site storage.

What the site code uses

Cookies are small values that a website can store in a browser and send with later requests. Local storage is another browser mechanism for retaining data between visits. Neither mechanism is used by the supplied HTML, CSS or JavaScript. No analytics or advertising scripts are included.

Separately managed platform features

The publishing or hosting system may add its own consent controls or essential service features outside these static files. Any such controls should identify their actual storage and purposes. This notice does not invent cookie names, providers or expiry periods for services that are not defined in the supplied site.

If a platform consent panel is displayed, use its controls to review the choices it offers. Declining optional storage does not need to prevent the static field guides or local draft tool from working, because those features do not depend on optional cookies.

Browser controls and device copies

You can inspect and remove site storage through your browser’s privacy or site-data settings. Browser caches, autofill, history and session restoration are controlled by your browser and may operate independently of site scripts. Clearing site data may not remove text already copied to a clipboard, a file already downloaded or an email you chose to send. Manage those copies separately, especially on a shared device.
